Dissolved gelatin powder in boiling water.

Add sugar 、 evaporated milk with the dissolved gelatin powder together and stir well, then off the fire and stir with KOS coconut milk.

Add a dot of sugar and stir with the cooked black glutinous rice & sweet kernel corn, further mix with the cooked coconut milk mixture.
