INGREDIENT : ( served for 4 persons )
1. KOS Coconut Milk 1 Can
2. Sugar 1 / 3 Cup
3. Gelatin Powder 2 Tbsp
4. Sweet Kernel Corn 1 / 3 Cup
5. Evaporated Milk 3 Tbsp
6. Water 2 / 3 Cup
7. Cooked Black Glutinous Rice 1 / 3 Cup
PREPARATION : Black Glutinous Rice needed to boil around 60 minutes
1. Dissolved gelatin powder in boiling water.

2. Add sugar 、 evaporated milk with the dissolved gelatin powder together and stir well, then off the fire and stir with KOS coconut milk.

Add a dot of sugar and stir with the cooked black glutinous rice & sweet kernel corn, further mix with the cooked coconut milk mixture.

4. Slice in pieces after refrigerated.
