Clean Pumpkin throughly, cut Pumpkin open as a lid, take out all the core and seed, then clean throughly once again.

Mix KOS coconut milk, salt sugar eggs, then stir well.

Pour the custard mix around 4/5 of the whole pumpkin.

Steam for 15 minute then check with the bamboo skewer to see if it cook by punching throug the middle of the custard if there is nothing stick on the skewer that mean it cook enough.
