Coconut Stew with Northern Guangdong Mushroom Soup
Ingredients:
KOS coconut whole one (even coconut water)
Northern Guangdong Mushroom 4 pieces
Yam 6 pieces
Yellow ear 4 pieces
Jujube 10 pieces
Wolfberries 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
Wash all the ingredient after maceration and put into KOS coconut with coconut water, cover the coconut lid and put into the pot with a slow stew 3 hours.
