Coconut Red Bean Cake
Ingredients:
Coconut Milk 400cc
Red Bean 1 pack / Fresh Milk 700cc / Agar strips 10g / Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
Preparation:
1. Place Agar strips in warm water for 30 minutes, then remove and squeeze out the water to cut into small pieces for use.
2. Coconut milk and fresh milk are poured into the pot and heated, then add Agar Strips when boiled. The mixture needs to be stirred continuously with a spoon until the agar strips are completely dissolved.
3. Add red beans and boil for another 3 minutes before turning off the heat, pour into a container and let cool. After solidification, add coconut milk on surface and put it into the refrigerator.
