REDFISH WITH COCONUT MILK
Ingredients
KOS Coconut Milk
KOS Coconut Oil
KOS Dry Chili Pepper Whole
KOS Black Pepper Powder
Redfish/ Coriander Ground Moderate/ Holland Celery Moderate/ Salt Moderate/ Lime
Preparation:
1. First splash a little bit of KOS coconut oil frying Redfish,
2. Add a can of KOS coconut milk simmered with two or three minutes,
3. Add a moderate amount of KOS Dry Chili Pepper Whole, KOS Black Pepper Powder , Coriander Ground and Holland Celery, turn fire to slow cook one minutes,
4. Finally add the right amount of salt and turn off the heat,
5. Add with a little bit lime juice and serve.
