Crab 1 Piece /Ground Garlic Moderate/Oil Moderate/Butter 40 gram/Oyster Sauce Moderate/Soup Base ¾ Cup / Rice Wine ¼ Cup/Salt Moderate
1. Place oil in a wok and fry the chopped crab with full heat until half cooked and place aside for later usage.
2. Simmer ½ bowl of KOS Black Pepper Seed and ¼ bowl of KOS Black Pepper Powder until the peppery smell begins, then set aside for reserve.
3. Melt the butter in Wok and add the garlic into it and heat for about 1 minute, (Note: Stirring is needed during the whole step 3), then empty the content of Step 2 and the KOS Five Spice Powder and keep frying. After 20 seconds, add oyster sauce, rice wine, soup base and a little bit of salt into it. Lastly, place the half cooked crab pieces into wok and fry until fully cooked. Serve and Enjoy!
