COCONUT MILK RICE CAKE (NEW STYLE)
Ingredients:
KOS Coconut Milk 360ml
3 Eggs / Glutinous Rice Flour 454g / Baking Powder 5g / Canola Oil 150ml / Vanilla Essential Oil (moderate) / Evaporated Milk 120ml / Brown Sugar 250g / White Sugar 10g / Black and White Sesame (moderate)
Preparation:
- Stir and mix the Glutinous Rice Flour, Brown sugar, and KOS Coconut Milk and Evaporated Milk, then add 3 Eggs, Canola Oil, Baking Powder and white sugar, continue stirring until it is thoroughly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a baking tray and place it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Take out the Rice Cake from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes. Finally, cut the rice cake into squares and add the black and white sesame seeds.
