KOS Coconut Stewed Silky Fowl Soup
Ingredients:
KOS coconut meat
KOS coconut milk
Silky Fowl 1 piece (1/2 tael)
Lean pork 230 g
Pitted jujube 10 pieces
Preparation:
Peeled the Silky Fowl, then wash the pork and boil for 5 minutes separately. Put 10 cups of water with KOS coconut meat in the pot and boil till to the coconut water. Then put in Silky fowl and pork boil and simmer. After 3 hours, add into KOS coconut milk and boil until slightly heat.
