KOS Coconut with Fish Maw, Conch and Chayote Soup
Ingredients:
KOS coconut meat
Fish maw 3 pieces
Dry conch 2 slices
Pork bones 1/2 tael
Chayote 2 pieces
Corn 3 pieces
South apricot and North apricot approximate
Candied jujube 1 piece
Tangerine peel 1 piece
Preparation:
Parboil Fish maw, Dry conch and Pork bones in boiling water. Soaking Tangerine peel until soft and scrape the inner layer. The corn cut into pieces and wash all the ingredient for preparation. 3 large bowl of water into the pot to boil, put all the ingredients in the pot. After the turn simmered for about two and a half hours.
