KOS Nourish Soup
Ingredients:
KOS coconut meat
Sea coconut 1 pack
Candied jujube 2 pieces
Adenophora 8 mace (tsin)
Odoratum 8 mace (tsin)
Watercress 1 tael
Preparation:
Placing water in the pot, add into KOS coconut meat, Sea coconut, Candied jujube, Adenophora and Odoratum, cover the pot and open fire piping hot. After water is boiled then add watercress, when the water is boiled again, turn simmer for 2 hours.
Efficacy :
Nourishing the spleen and stomach. Improving weakness, fatigue, dry throat, thirst and rough skin.
