KOS Black Pepper Powder / Light Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon / Dark Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons / Wine 1 teaspoon / Corn Flour 1 tablespoon / Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
1. Wash the chicken wings and marinate them for 30 minutes.
2. Cut the onion and fry until soft, add the garlic and continue to fry until the onion turns golden yellow.
3. Fry the chicken wings until golden, then continue to fry and cover with lid for 10 minutes until the chicken wings are well cooked.
4. Sprinkle the black peppercorns and add the fried onions and honey, then mix before serving.
