KOS Coconut with White Fungus and Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
KOS coconut meat
Lean chicken 1 piece
Lean pork 4 tael
White fungus 1/2 tael
Ginger 2 thick slices
Preparation:
Wash and soak the white fungus, then cut into small pieces. Wash and peeled the chicken. Wash and dice the pork. Pour 12 cups of water into the pot to boil. Put KOS coconut meat, chicken, pork and ginger into pot. After boil and simmer for 3 hours, put into white fungus and continue to simmer for an hour.
Efficacy :
Nourishing the spleen and stomach. Improving weakness, fatigue, dry throat, thirst and rough skin.
