MANGO AND COCONUT MILK RICE
Ingredients
KOS Coconut Milk
Rice 1 cup/ Salt 1 sprinkle/ Mango 1 piece (diced)
Preparation:
1. Wash Rice then place in pot, add 2/3 can of KOS Coconut Milk and moderate amount of water, then ass a sprinkle of salt, heat pot to boil then cover pot and slow fire for 15-20 mins.
2. Place cooked rice on plate, put diced mango on the side of the rice then pour the remaining 1/3 can of KOS Coconut Milk on top of the rice.
